Sausage and Salami Making Course

Learn the skills that allow you to turn cheap cuts of pork into fantastic sausages and salamis.  Make English bangers, French sausages and salami in a single day.

Price:

Weekdays £110 per person

Weekends & bank holidays £130 per person

Price includes all ingredients and at least 2kg of sausages and salami to take home.

Duration:  Day course running from 10am to 4pm

A day course includes:

  • Discussion around the principles and theory of sausage and salami making
  • Boning out a whole pork shoulder
  • Lunch
  • Mincing
  • Creating sausage mixes for English sage sausage, French saucisson and salami
  • Sausage/salami stuffing
  • Sausages and salami to take home
  • Full instructions for maturing salami at home

Maximum Participants per Course: 4

Age:  This course is not suitable for children.

Lunch: A home cooked lunch is included in the price.
