Bee Keeping Course

If you like the idea of keeping bees but don’t know where to start this is the perfect course for you.  Spend a day in beautiful surroundings learning the basics and getting hands on experience with bee keeping expert Michael White.

Price: Early bird £120 per /Full Price £140

Duration:  10am to 4pm

A day course includes:

• Exploration of the essential principles of bee keeping
• Familiarisation with equipment: bee suits, hives, frames, smokers, extractor etc
• Afternoon spent working on hives and continuing to explore bees, their life cycle and how to manage them.

Allergies:   Every effort is made to ensure no one is stung, but this course is not recommended for  anyone with an allergic reaction to bee stings.

Cancelation and Refund Policy

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds for courses once booked, however we do recognise that sometimes there are very legitimate reasons for not being able to attend and in those circumstances, we are happy to try and be flexible.

Where possible we will transfer bookings to alternative sessions of the same course or transfer the value of a booked course to an alternative course.

If these options are not suitable and we are given at least two weeks’ notice before the course date, then were possible, we will attempt to sell your unwanted course places through advertising and contacting the waiting list. If the course places are sold, then will pass that money on to you as payment for your places.
