Life is hectic, time is short, but I just wanted to add a quick blog to say that a two man team from ‘Video Jug’ came to film me foraging and cooking with wild foods today. They were extremely professional and I’m hopeful that the results will be good. When complete the short films will join thousands of other ‘how to do it videos’ on the ‘Video Jug’ web sight. I’ll provide a link when they go up so you can all have a good laugh!
